These terms cover the Instant Clarity Toolkit, run by Live Your Message. By signing in and using it you agree to them.
What the toolkit is
The toolkit is a conversation with an AI Coach that ends in a document we call your Instant Clarity Blueprint. The coach is software built on Marisa Murgatroyd's method. It is not a person, and the Blueprint is coaching output.
What it is not
The Blueprint is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. It is a starting point for a program idea, written from what you told us and from public web research. Check anything that matters before you act on it.
We make no promise about business results. Whether a program sells depends on far more than a Blueprint, and that part is yours.
Your Blueprint is yours
You own the Blueprint and everything you told us to make it. You can download it, share it and change it. We keep a copy so the toolkit works and so you can come back to it; see the Privacy notice for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Share links
A share link shows your Blueprint to anyone who has the link, with no sign in. Treat it like a public page. To turn a link off, start again from the session header or email support@liveyourmessage.com.
Acceptable use
Use the toolkit for your own program idea. Do not use it to break the law, to harass or defame anyone, to send spam, to probe or overload the service, or to build something that competes with it by copying it. Do not hand over material you have no right to share.
Staying in touch
Live Your Message may contact you about its programs and workshops, including the workshop named in your Blueprint. Every message has a way to opt out.
Changes and availability
The toolkit may change, pause or stop. We will not knowingly remove your Blueprint without telling you first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute about the toolkit or these terms is handled in the courts of Texas.
