Live Your Message runs the Instant Clarity Toolkit. This notice says what we collect, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, to sign you in and to address you.
- Everything you type or say in a session.
- Links and files you hand over during a session.
- The Blueprint the session produces, in every version.
Cookies are used only to keep you signed in. There is no advertising or analytics cookie.
What happens to it
- Coaching. The text of your conversation goes to Anthropic, whose model writes the coach's replies and your Blueprint sections.
- Voice. When you talk, your audio goes to Vapi and Cartesia for transcription and for the coach's speech. The words come back as text and join the conversation.
- Sign in. Magic link emails are sent through Resend.
- Hosting. The toolkit and its database run on Railway, in the United States.
- Research. During the Validate step we run web searches about your program topic, not about you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services above, which process it on our behalf.
Share links
A share link makes your Blueprint visible to anyone who has the link, without signing in. To turn a link off, start again from the session header or email support@liveyourmessage.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your sessions and Blueprints until you ask us to delete them. Email support@liveyourmessage.com and we will remove your account, your sessions and every Blueprint version.

- Email support@liveyourmessage.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.
- Opt out of messages about Live Your Message programs using the link in any message.
